Fantastic Stay!
fresh foodscappuccino makerexcellent location
The breakfast was delicious. It featured a full selection of fresh foods. They even have a self-service cappuccino maker (a real bonus!). The hotel location is excellent. I could easily walk to the train station and the city center. The staff was helpful and kind. Any request i had, they addressed immediately.
This was a minor inconvenience (especially with luggage). I hope they get it fixed soon.

the air conditioning did not work well. it made the room uncomfortably warm at night. also, i found the breakfast selection limited. it did not offer many choices that i liked.

The staff was superb. the breakfast offered a variety of fresh items daily. the rooms were always kept very clean. the location, though a short walk from the main attractions, provided a quieter experience. i found the short walk charming and manageable.
it barely fit two people with luggage. This did cause a bit of inconvenience when checking in and out, especially with luggage.

the location was excellent. it was right down the street from the beautiful arno river. the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. the breakfast had many good options, even for a vegetarian travelling europe.
It was completely cold in the room. the ventilation system worked so loud. I couldn't even sleep because of this sound. i was also bothered by mosquitos, they were everywhere.
