i found the staff to be attentive and always willing to assist with any request. the hotel maintains a relaxed and comfortable environment with tasteful décor (i especially liked the local artwork). the location is ideal with convenient access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the breakfast each morning featured a variety of delicious options, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
the absence of a fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience, especially for storing drinks and snacks.

room size missing fridge
the room felt cramped. there was hardly any space for luggage, difficult to move around (i felt trapped). the lack of a fridge was also an issue. i had to go to the bar every time i wanted a cold drink, quite irritating.

I was charmed by the staff. They were all very attentive. breakfast was good with a lot of choices. the area is quiet near kloof street. I liked that a lot.
my room was small, and there was no fridge. this detail would really improve the overall experience of the stay.
