the room was spacious with good amenities. i found a water bottle filling station on my floor, which i really appreciated. the cleaning lady was lovely. she kindly asked if i wanted my room cleaned each morning and made sure i was well-stocked with essentials.

the staff were helpful when i asked for an extra pillow, and it arrived quickly. the cleaning service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive to my needs each morning. the hotel is near a mtr station and a huge shopping centre.

The room had what I needed for a few nights. The hotel provided a water dispenser, and this was useful. I appreciate vending machines with water and toiletries in the lobby. Water pressure was strong. The shower was hot too.

a tender haven

the location felt perfect for us as a couple. we found plentiful food options nearby, it was such a treat. the dim sum place opposite the hotel become our little morning ritual, a lovely start to each day together.
the air conditioning unit make a bit of noise. it did disturb our peaceful nights. i wished it was more silent to have quieter rest.

reception staff present themselves professional, always ready with a smile. they assist us with directions and recommendations, its very kind of them. the cleaning staff keep everything in perfect condition during our romantic escapade.
