subway station large room
The hotel location is near the subway station! It's very convenient to go to Ocean Park, about one stop away. There are many elevators. The room was also large.
The air in the room was poor. I noticed a musty, stale smell, I couldn't open any windows.

excellent service family room
The front desk staff, Sammy, Tommy, and Cathy, provided EXCELLENT service. The family room accommodated our family stay well, and its proximity to the MTR station made travel easy (it's just a few minutes walk).
The light in the elevator waiting area was dark. It made spotting dirt difficult.

warm welcome genuine kindness
Cathy. her warm welcome set the tone for my wonderful getaway. Every interaction felt genuine.
The policy stated breakfast was included for two adults, but it did not include our four year old child for six days. I was disappointed by this act. I needed to pay extra for my kid.

The gym has well kept equipment, and a lifeguard is always present near the swimming pool. Location benefits from proximity to the MTR station and bus stop. This makes city exploration very convenient.

The staff, including Sanmy, Bobby, and Kelvin Tiu, provided excellent service! They addressed my requests proactively. The attention to detail, such as drinking water in the room, was touching!

The rooms are clean and maintained to a high standard. I liked the clean sheets during my longer stay. The modern decor and super comfortable bed added to my enjoyment!
