an acceptable stay
mtr station helpful staff glass wall smelly pillows long queue few clerks
the hotel is near the fortress hill mtr station. it is about a 5 minute walk. the staff were helpful from check in to check out. the room had a glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom (there was privacy glass that could be lowered).
the pillows smelled of sweat. i had to store them in the cupboard. the check-in queue was long when i arrived. there were only 3 clerks attending to check-ins (it was around 2:30-3 pm).

peeling wallpaper limited equipment
the location was good close to the fortress hill mtr station and the tram stop it made travel easy
the room showed wear the wallpaper was peeling in some spots also there was a noticeable smell of drains i was also disappointed the gym was small it had limited equipment , made workouts less effective

admiring harbour views
spacious room amazing view comfortable bed
the room was spacious for the location, very clean and well maintained. the harbour view was amazing, definitely the standout feature (i enjoyed watching the boats). i found the bed quite comfortable and the sofa also.
I found the main lobby often busy, with many people milling around and queuing. i also noticed there was nowhere to sit and relax. At the café, both of us had to order drinks to sit.

the gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes. the rooftop pool area offers a tranquil escape with comfortable loungers and shaded areas, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

the hotel's location allows easy access to a nearby train station. several restaurants are located within walking distance, providing convenient dining options. i found it very easy to get around to various attractions.
