difficult lighting unhelpful suggestion
The lighting in the bathroom made applying makeup difficult. I had to sit by the window with a compact mirror. also, a staff member told my husband he could access the club area for coffee, but his access card did not work. instead of fixing it, the staff member suggested he return to our room for coffee. This was not helpful at all.

convenient location comfortable bed friendly staff
The location was convenient, close to many attractions. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I found the air conditioning very effective. The staff were friendly. I felt welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay.
The breakfast choices were limited, and some items lacked flavour. The service at breakfast was notably slow, especially during peak hours. The coffee was repeatedly served cold. I hope this issue is addressed soon.

The hotel's central situation provides easy access to many major attractions. I did not need to use public transportation to visit local landmarks. This accessibility greatly enhanced my overall experience.

The staff were helpful and attentive, they addressed any concerns promptly! It was a highlight of my trip! Housekeeping kept the room very clean.

Excellent Hotel Experience
great pool spacious room friendly staff clean hotel
The pool and sauna were great additions. The room provided good air conditioning and spaciousness. The staff was very friendly and cute. I found the hotel very clean .
The room I stayed in had limited breakfast choices included in the price, and some weren't particularly tasty!

The room offered two sinks plus a separate rainfall shower. I really appreciated this setup. The modern decor includes a large flat-screen television. It ensured entertainment during downtime. Though there was no desk.

The hotel provided very convenient access to public transportation! I was able to quickly reach various points. Many restaurants were nearby. I could easily explore dining options without traveling far.

Acceptable hotel experience
helpful staff clean hotel hair salon small room limited choices slow service
The staff was very helpful and always available. They assisted me with my luggage. The hotel was quite clean throughout my stay, which I appreciated. I also found a hair salon just a few minutes away, VERY convenient.
The room was a bit small, even for just one person. Breakfast choices included in the room price were limited. The service during breakfast was rather slow during peak hours and my coffee was often cold.
