Brian provided fantastic customer service. He were very good. yana at reception was also wonderful. i liked that the hotel provided complimentary drinks at the bar and a discount for the restaurant. Bottled water and biscuits in the room were a nice touch.
the shower and bathroom was quite outdated. the shower made a loud noise when it was on though it was still functional.

I found the location very convenient for the train station and arena. It was excellent. the staff were very attentive, and the facilities in the hotel met my expectations. speedy check-in and check-out were available. This saved me valuable time.
