convenient location tube station comfortable bed cold welcome lacking communication front desk
The location is very convenient to Tower Hill tube station. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable for sleeping.
The welcome at the front desk felt cold. I seemed like I was an inconvenience to the staff. The communication was lacking when I received a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar.

friendly staff onsite parking easy trip uncomfortable mattress dirty toilet poor cleanliness
The reception staff were so KIND. princess, i could have chatted with her for hours. The onsite parking, juri, the concierge, allowed me to leave my car longer so i could visit one more attraction. it was ONE of the best hotel experiences i've had
The bed moved so easily. it was annoying because the mattress wasn't very comfortable, and i kept losing my pillows. The toilet wasn't very clean. it seemed dirty. It really WASN'T cleaned properly

a fairly good stay
great location attentive service expensive parking electric charging
the location was fantastic for getting around. the breakfast at city cafe was excellent and i found the service from abdullah attentive. i appreciate that.
i stayed for two nights because this hotel had a car park. i found the parking to be extortionate at £40/day. they also don't have electric charging..

the location was great, I really loved the proximity to local attractions and transport links. It was simple TO get around.
my room, a king guest room, had an issue. the mini-fridge DID not work properly, I told staff but it persisted . This affected my ability to store drinks and snacks.
