inconsistent quality

steam room nonexistent detail
Honestly. I found the steam room out of order. It seems my spa experience was doomed from the start. The bar staff then struggled to open a bottle of wine. I kid you not. We waited an age to even order dessert at dinner. Honestly, the attention to detail seemed nonexistent.

limited selection broken lockers
The gin selection at the bar proved surprisingly limited. The DJ's music selection did not create much of an atmosphere either. I hoped for a livelier evening. the pool area appears worn. I noticed several broken lockers. A cold plunge pool is absent, a feature I missed.
