housekeeping improvement missing water
the room was a decent size.
housekeeping definitely needed improvement (i expect a higher standard). our room lacked bottled water upon arrival. additionally, bins were not emptied , and some used glasses remained in the corridor for two mornings straight.

My stay included a visit to the spa, and i found it very relaxing. the breakfast had many options available, something i always appreciate. the room was clean.
The bar service was slow. I waited longer than expected. the wallpaper in my room was peeling, it wasn't very well maintained.

My room was big. It was very comfortable too. The bathroom was bright and clean. I liked that the TV worked well and the window open.
My bar service was terrible. I waited a long time. I was completely ignored. The room looked good when I arrived but I did see wallpaper was off the walls.

tasty breakfast cute staff tired rooms furniture scratches
the hotel had a great pool area. the breakfast was very tasty with many options. the staff were cute and helpful.
The rooms seemed a bit tired. i noticed some markings and scratches on furniture. There was also painting required.

The staff were great. The service was perfect. Our room had comfortable beds and a nice sitting area. The spa facilities included a lovely pool and great shampoo and conditioner.

a romantic escape
spacious suite cloud-like embrace peaceful night
The family suite was spacious, giving my loved ones room to relax and unwind. our little one thoroughly enjoyed playing in the generous space. the bed offered a cloud-like embrace. We rested peacefully throughout the night.
The corridor leading to our room seemed overlooked. Discarded dishes detracted from the hotel's charm, a small detail that could benefit from attention.
