The fitness center had a rowing machine, I did NOT expect that.
The shampoo in the bathroom reminded me of paint stripper. The conditioner reminded me of hand wash, there was no shower gel only bar soap, and no face towel, just one for the hand and hair and body.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was also spacious. The toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast had a good selection of items.
The downstairs area near reception seemed strange. It felt cold. There were vast, empty spaces after leaving the lifts. I didn't see many cozy places or settees.

breakfast value large selection free milk faulty keys bar personality non-functional remote
i found the breakfast to be of amazing value. there was such a large selection of items available. the staff filled two bottles with milk for my little one without charge when our milk was off.
the door keys did not work upon my arrival. it required the reception to reprogram them. the bar lacked personality and seemed like drinking in the lobby. the remote for the tv in the room was not functional.

adequate but disappointing experience
cold desserts poor communication
the standard double room two double beds suited our needs.
the water pressure issue was poorly communicated i learned about it only after calling reception the following morning the hotel should have informed guests proactively the service in the restaurant was also disappointing the waiting staff seemed disorganized and our desserts arrived cold

breakfast selection late checkout husband impression shampoo quality shower gel face towel
The breakfast had literally everything i could wish for. checkout as standard is up until midday. This was most welcome. my husband is a worldwide traveler with work, and he was very impressed with every aspect of this hotel.
