The shampoo in the bathroom was like paint stripper. The conditioner was like hand wash, there was no shower gel only bar soap, and no face towel, just one for the hand/hair and body.

i found the breakfast to be of amazing value. there was such a large selection of items available. the staff filled two bottles with milk for my little one without charge when our milk was off.

the door keys did not work upon my arrival. it required the reception to reprogram them. the bar lacked personality and seemed like drinking in the lobby. the remote for the tv in the room was not functional.

the water pressure issue was poorly communicated i learned about it only after calling reception the following morning the hotel should have informed guests proactively the service in the restaurant was also disappointing the waiting staff seemed disorganized and our desserts arrived cold

The breakfast had literally everything i could wish for. checkout as standard is up until midday. This was most welcome. my husband is a worldwide traveler with work, and he was very impressed with every aspect of this hotel.
