I had a feature room that was really big. The bed was high and comfortable, ideal for sleeping. The ensuite bathroom was fantastic with a double overhead shower providing good water pressure and a massive, deep bath that was amazing (I really enjoyed it!).
Car parking nearby was quite pricey. This is something i noticed.

the decor was pleasing to the eye, it had a very warm atmosphere.
The breakfast was AWFUL. It took a very long time to arrive. i found that the staff were not particularly interested in assisting me. I expected more for the price. the room itself was small.

The location was central. It was easy to walk to the attractions. The staff provided helpful service. The room included nice amenities. The breakfast options had good variety. The breakfast food was AMAZING!!! I found some lovely attention to detail. I found extra finishing touches appreciated. The hotel was sympathetic to original features. The hotel was beautifully maintained.
The menu seemed a bit limited. I wish there were more options available.
