I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were of high quality, just like those in a 5-star hotel, especially the beautiful cubic rooms. Although the bathroom was combined, it was compact, very comfortable, and attractive. The service was outstanding, especially in the restaurant where they went out of their way to meet our dietary requirements. The Albanian doorman was very kind. However, the downside was the cold and drafty atmosphere during winter. The location was excellent, particularly with the ongoing development in the surrounding area. While it might not be ideal for walking to London attractions, the onsite tube access was convenient, especially for Eurostar travelers. The dining experience was lovely, although slightly pricey considering numerous good breakfast options nearby. Overall, the hotel offered excellent facilities although the tiny coffee maker setup was a bit discouraging.

The hotel room felt tiny, with very limited space for walking around. The bed was placed awkwardly against the window, making it feel cramped. Despite this, the hotel likely faced restrictions due to the building being listed. I expected more given the price paid for the room.

The hotel room was very small, especially the bathroom, making it hard to move around and not as depicted or in line with what we expected for the price paid. However, the room was small but perfectly formed, meeting our expectations. The service was helpful and accommodating, with some efforts to improve the situation despite some challenges. The location was ideal for a short family getaway, and the dining experience, though with some hiccups, was generally satisfactory. Additional aspects included a great location and friendly staff but were slightly marred by small room size and disappointing bathroom space.

The hotel offers spacious and comfy rooms with stunning roll-top baths and attractive decor, enhanced by a great location and usually very cozy ambiance. The most welcoming service provided by marvellous staff is a standout, adding a touch of friendliness and professionalism. The location, while convenient for travel, could be considered chaotic at times. Dining experiences vary from memorable to excellent, with the best offerings I've had at a SPG/Marriott property, although there can be room for improvement. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with great amenities and value for money.

The hotel is perfectly situated right next to King's Cross Square, which is convenient for train travelers. The rooms are small but nicely decorated, offering exactly what we expected. While the first room was small, we were moved to another small, dim room that lacked space for comfort. The service was fantastic, especially with our 6 and 8-year-olds, although there was a slight hiccup with forgetting a drink order. The location is top-notch for train passengers and those seeking proximity to King's Cross Station. Dining was a mixed experience with some delightful dishes but overall deemed expensive for what was offered. The facilities provided were satisfactory, with no major complaints.
