super stay close to kings cross!

friendly staffcomplimentary teaquiet room

the staff was friendly and efficient. i appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available on my floor. my room was well-appointed and comfortable with a nice bathroom and it was quiet. breakfast was excellent with a full english option and great coffee. i found the hotel location to be a major asset. it was only a minute's walk to king's cross and st pancras stations.

the room was very compact and not a lot of space was available for luggage.

The location really helped with transport. It is easy to access different areas. i appreciated the luxurious bathrobe and slippers provided. the hotel offers a pantry with tea available anytime. the room was surprisingly quiet considering the surrounding noise, a welcome benefit.

i found that the water pressure in the shower varied slightly, it made consistent temperature control a bit challenging

Rooms were nicely decorated. Upon early arrival, I dropped my bags, and upon check-in, staff had already delivered them to my room. Breakfast was excellent and served in the beautiful rails restaurant. Everything was cooked to order and brought directly to the table.

The sofa in my room was impractical, it tipped when occupied.

the location was amazing for catching an early train. the room featured night lights in the bathroom. i especially enjoyed the nespresso machine, it was a real treat to have in the room. staff were very helpful with my luggage due to my crutches, even assisting with a late checkout and a room upgrade. i think the price reflects the quality.

the location were very convenient, being just a minute from the tube station. our room had a pantry with tea, coffee, and snacks and a nespresso machine. the breakfast in rails restaurant was well cooked and reasonably priced for its quality.

the reception staff were unhelpful on check-in and seemed unfriendly. i HAD to agree to a hold of additional money on my debit card, and staff gave little information.
