Rooms were nicely decorated. Upon early arrival, I dropped my bags, and upon check-in, staff had already delivered them to my room. Breakfast was excellent and served in the beautiful rails restaurant. Everything was cooked to order and brought directly to the table.

the location was amazing for catching an early train. the room featured night lights in the bathroom. i especially enjoyed the nespresso machine, it was a real treat to have in the room. staff were very helpful with my luggage due to my crutches, even assisting with a late checkout and a room upgrade. i think the price reflects the quality.

the location were very convenient, being just a minute from the tube station. our room had a pantry with tea, coffee, and snacks and a nespresso machine. the breakfast in rails restaurant was well cooked and reasonably priced for its quality.

the reception staff were unhelpful on check-in and seemed unfriendly. i HAD to agree to a hold of additional money on my debit card, and staff gave little information.
