street noise gym equipment
The room had a distinct lack of soundproofing. Street noise was intrusive! a quieter room should be guaranteed. the air conditioning system struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. it caused discomfort during the night and wasted energy. the breakfast buffet felt repetitive! a greater variety of options is needed. also, the gym equipment was dated and limited in functionality.

The location is central making it easy to reach many attractions. The room upgrade included a good window seat. The staff offered helpful suggestions, demonstrating superb hospitality.
The elevator experienced some delays due to the rooftop bar.

FANTASTIC Central Stay!
helpful staff spacious room easy check-in
This was my second time at this hotel, and the staff is helpful. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, i loved it! The hotel's proximity to dining and public transport is great, and i recommend it. I found check-in easy and appreciated leaving my bags all day, nice for more city exploration.
The air conditioning was somewhat weak, making the room a bit warm at times.

The rooftop bar provides nice views and excellent drinks. I had a wonderful octopus salad. The staff was great, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel offered a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.

The room included a coffee maker. The bathroom features good shower facilities. The room was clean and well-prepared. The bed was comfortable.

decent hotel with some drawbacks
great selection cooked options separate building unsafe feeling
the location was certainly convenient. it was easy to access many places. the breakfast included a great selection. we could order freshly cooked options too.
My room was in a separate building. it was across the street from the main hotel. this building also allows access to the rooftop bar. There was no doorman at the entrance. this felt unsafe to me.
