Solid Stay Near Public Transport
helpful staff convenient location friendly staff large park
The staff addressed my request for dog food late at night. They even managed to get it when all nearby shops were closed. The location is close to tram and metro stations. I appreciated the proximity to supermarkets, cafes, and a large park. The staff members were also polite, helpful, kind, and friendly.
The curtains let in a lot of street lighting. The light from the glass-fronted minibar was also very annoying.

My room had comfortable beds with clean linen and towels. It faced the street. I found it quiet because of good sound insulation. The room size suited my needs well .

weak air conditioning closed bar
the air conditioning was weak and i had difficultis keeping the room cool. a stale smell persisted even after ventilation. i was disappointed that the bar was closed early and I did not get to enjoy the evening drinks I wanted. no clear information was provided about bar hours at check-in. the lack of bar service was a big downside, i expected more.

convenient location good restaurants damaged door loud noise
The location was convenient with some good restaurants nearby, acceptable.
The room door was damaged, and I could hear the noise of people walking by MORE than I should have. I told management, but NOTHING was done. A temporary solution would have showcased goodwill.
