The staff was friendly and helpful . Ty accommodated my early check-in request and stored my baggage securely. The location is very central and safe, great for easy access to various attractions. The hotel room was nice and convenient, including a well kept bathroom and calm corridors.
The absence of a coffee maker was a disappointment for me. I had to go to Starbucks for my morning coffee. This amenity would have.

street noisesmall room
the room was quite small, it felt a bit cramped. also , the street noise was noticeable throughout the night . i could hear everything happening outside , even with the windows closed. the lack of soundproofing was definitely a downside.

i appreciate the great location because the bus system nearby made transportation easy. a starbucks connected to the hotel foyer offered convenient morning coffee. i got hershey kisses at the front desk and bottled water in the room each day. the room was cleaned daily and towels were changed regularly without me requesting it.

i appreciated the proximity to major attractions, with times square only a 15-minute walk away. penn station was also close by. ty at the front desk was very cool and cute, offering great tips. i felt super welcome with my girlfriend, and he was accommodating. a promotion is deserved!
