friendly staffunsafe areaexcessive trash
the staff was friendly except for one woman serving breakfast, a positive.
The area did not feel very safe and there was lots of trash everywhere. i felt uneasy walking around. the subway was a couple blocks away, convenient, but the immediate surroundings were disappointing. I expected more cleanliness.

coffee stationfitness centerold ironing boardspotty wifi
i appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and water station available 24/7. the fitness center was also a nice amenity. the room was always clean. most stores are in walkable distance.
The ironing board in the room needed to be replaced. the wi-fi should be better. It was spotty. the neighborhood did not feel comfortable. it was not a pleasant experience.
