the staff was warm and friendly. the yoga facilities met expectations. i found the hotel itself to be very nice.
the food in the restaurants was bland. it was disappointing for moroccan food! housekeeping was woeful and just didn't replace anything i'd used.

The pool service WAS lacking, if you wanted a drink, you had to order it yourself. you had to clean and clear the area yourself if you wanted to settle somewhere, the staff did NOT do it. I found the food in the restaurants bland and uninspired, it lacked the zest I expected. I also noticed the villa's bathroom WAS small, not very clean, and lacked a window. There was also a persistent smell of humidity because the water did not drain properly.

The villa had a private garden. This garden included orange and pomegranate trees (I loved the smell!). I spent my time relaxing near the pool.
The food in the restaurants seemed bland to me. The Moroccan food was especially disappointing. Housekeeping did not replace items we had used each day.
