This hotel had a chocolate shop inside, it was a nice touch. The staff was nice, they were always helpful. I had a room with a river view, it was great. It was an easy walk to Wawel from the hotel.

The bar area is small and also works as the reception desk. This setup makes both areas feel crowded at times.
