excellent air conditioning impeccably clean room relaxing experience attentive staff

the room had excellent air conditioning, important for my stay. house keeping kept the room impeccably clean daily. the spa offered a relaxing experience with high-quality cosmetics. the staff were very attentive and communicative.

Street noise was noticeable during the weekend. I recommend requesting a room away from the main street.

superb stay in a prime location

helpful staff delicious breakfast

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location proved perfect for exploring the area, and the breakfast offered a delicious start to the day. i loved every aspect of my time here.

I noticed each night the air conditioning switched off around midnight. It remained off until midday. despite my complaints each morning, the issue was not addressed until my final night. this impacted the overall comfort of my stay.

The beautiful room i occupied offered considerable comfort. it included every amenity i could need, from ample storage space to a well-equipped workspace, for example. The provision of an espresso machine was also a particularly welcome touch.

disruptive noise unresolved issue

the location was certainly central, near many attractions.

I found the air conditioning problematic. It seemed to switch off around midnight each night. it stayed off until midday. i also found noise from an adjacent room disruptive at 4 am. It included loud tv sounds. i informed reception about the noise. They did not resolve the issue, and i got no sleep.
