The location was superb! It was easy to get to all the attractions. The staff was helpful and kind. We even received lunch boxes because we had to leave very early to visit the Salt Mine. The breakfast was also nice.
The yogurt was in a plastic container. The meats and cheeses dried out quickly. The coffee came from a machine.

okay location BUT some issues
dusty cornersold fixtures
the location IS PRIME, i will give them that, but everything else was underwhelming. when i arrived, the reception area felt a bit disorganized. The staff seemed distracted. i found some dust in the corners of my room, and the bathroom fixtures looked a bit old and worn. it feels like the hotel needS SOME updates.

gregory at check-in really helped me get to the salt mines, he were really nice, that's so cool! the hotel location is super central, right on the main square, it is amazing. i saw the bedroom window overlooking the main square, it was lovely!
i found no one at the desk when i arrived early evening, i waited ten minutes.

the hotel is smack dab in the center of the main square, it made getting around so easy! i mean, everything was within walking distance, that's a big plus for me, i loved it, it was exciting.

the location overlooking the main square was acceptable it met expectations.
i found several issues . the room lacked sufficient outlets for charging devices i had multiple electronics requiring power. housekeeping straightened the room, but pillows were left on the floor. i also observed a concerning level of dust and filth under the bed it was very disappointing.

the hotel's location was excellent i received the beautiful double room i requested. the staff helped with transfers. the breakfast had a very good choice of items including scrambled eggs and omelets made to order i found fresh and tasty ingredients.
i noticed a slight delay at check-in as the desk was briefly unattended on one occasion i believe it was only for a short time.

The room on the fourth floor offered a view of the main square. I could observe the square from the balcony. The room was spacious, including tea, coffee, and soda drinks. It also had a refrigerator and a safe.
I noticed the desk was unattended upon arrival in the early evening. The computer was left open. Housekeeping straightened the room, but they left pillows on the floor.
