The location was superb. It was convenient to central square, shopping, sites. subway access was quite close. I enjoyed the proximity!
The hotel charged resort fees for a four-night stay, even though I only booked three nights. I contacted them, but the issue was not resolved, disappointing.

A variety of eateries were in walking distance of the hotel. There were numerous restaurants and cafes just around the corner, offering diverse culinary options. The food was AMAZING!!!

the room was really spacious (i reminded me of a queen in my own castle!). the air conditioning worked perfectly, such a relief after a long day. it was a very welcome escape from the city heat. the location was also great as it was close to many attractions.
sometimes, i waited for several minutes, frustrating, especially when i was in a hurry. also, the ice machine on my floor wasn't working. It was a small inconvenience, but i would have appreciated having it.

The location offered easy access to many attractions. I appreciated the attentive cleaning staff that worked hard to maintain the rooms. I was pleased that the hotel quickly addressed an issue with the shower. The bed was super comfy so i had good sleep.
I found the room temperature difficult to manage because of central heating.

The room had fresh white bed linen plus towels. A uk plug extension with USB ports allowed easy charging of multiple devices. The room also included coffee making facilities for convenience.

The staff warmly greeted me upon arrival plus check-in was quick. Reception was responsive to a request to adjust the air-conditioning. Luggage storage was available for a small fee on departure to all guests.

The hotel is located just off a major attraction providing easy access. This location offered proximity to many restaurants plus entertainment options. The subway was close by for convenient transportation around town.

the location was decent it was next to my job, so the location worked for me.
the room was small I could barely move with my suitcases. the wardrobe was also small and had like five hangers for two peoples.
