the room included a retro radio and a smeg refrigerator. the hotel location was superb, near the subway. i liked i can walk to herald square easily from the location.
the hotel lobby bar get really loud in the evening.

The hotel location allowed easy walks to many place. The nearby coffee shop sold tasty coffee. I loved the body soap scent. It was very nice.
I did find the minibar unnecessary and fully stocked, costing a $200 deposit. It felt the room was tiny due to the minibar. The room wasn't very clean, because there where stains on the sheets.

The subway station was one block away. Shopping areas were close to the hotel. I enjoyed the cozy lounge. The soap in the bathroom had a fantastic smell.
The shower water took a while to warm up.

i found the staff to be amazing and helpful. i especially appreciated freddy, who really looked after us . the hotel is located centrally, a huge advantage for exploring (it made getting around so easy).
The gym equipment was good, but the air conditioning wasn't working. It was too uncomfortable to get a decent workout. i found this a significant drawback.

the hotel boasts excellent proximity to numerous cafes and restaurants. subway access is very convenient, just around the corner from the hotel. this made exploring local eateries and city attractions simple.

the room had a view of broadway. it also included a big screen tv. the room size was adequate, providing sufficient space for luggage (which i appreciated).

the gym had excellent equipment, including a rowing machine for fitness enthusiasts. free wifi access is provided, though streaming quality was a bit inconsistent. the hotel offers a coffee bar on site.

the lobby bar has great cocktails and wine available (especially the old fashioneds!). the hotel is also adjoined to a coffee shop, so getting a good brew in the morning is easy. there are many good restaurants around the hotel.

Awesome Location and Vibe!

I always love staying here! The location is excellent. the staff were so wonderful and helpful. I walked to the Empire State Building, it was easy! I also appreciate the very cool vibes downstairs with the connected eateries and coffee shops. The staff was smooth. They held my bags at checkout and got me a clean cab.
I really wanted to sit in an air conditioned space. I found my room was too warm! There were no air conditioning controls. I had to ask for a fan!

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, ensuring comfort . The refrigerator is well-stocked, providing convenience. There is a guitar in the room too! The radio was playing NPR upon arrival.

The staff were friendly and helpful, facilitating room changes based on guest preferences. They also provided efficient assistance with luggage storage and transportation arrangements. They are super courteous and answered every question I had about my stay!
