the coffee shop downstairs was nice. the renovated lobby is very charming. the staff did send people to fix issues with room access and the safe quickly. housekeepers did a great job, and the room looked much better after their visit each day.

The location IS fantastic. It is close to many services. The staff was helpful. The lobby had a cozy area with evening entertainment.

The room was small. THE bathroom was also quite small. I could hear every noise from other rooms. The mattress was horrible.

The hotel's location near theaters worked well. Leaving my luggage was easy. I stored it while waiting for my room. The staff was ready to help and check-out was quick. The hotel is close to Times Square and other places.

The hand soap and shower gel was half full. There was no conditioner. It was very inconvenience to have only one ice machine for the whole building.

My room included a clothes steamer. Shampoo and body wash was also available. A safe was in the closet for valuables. There were no washcloths provided in the room.
