The breakfast was quite good. It included both japanese and western choices.
I found the room lighting inadequate, feel quite dark. the bathroom resembled something temporarily installed. It was underwhelming and not what i expected.

the beautiful double room four cube was very spacious. it easily accommodated all our luggage. the room had a washing machine and that really helped. the location is near the bus station and not far from the metro station.
The air conditioning was a little too strong. We adjusted it. but i couldn't figure it out completely.

i appreciated the room's cleanliness and size it had really good amenities the minibar was even included i also found the staff friendly and they permitted an early check-in since the room was available sooner

Really good Stay in Roppongi

The 'Luxury Double Room Tatami Area REN' was spacious and well-designed. It featured a blend of modern aesthetics and classic Japanese elements. The in-room washing machine proved very convenient, especially because I had an extended trip planned. The hotel's proximity to the bus station simplified getting around, and the slightly longer walk to the Roppongi Hills metro station was manageable.
The walls seemed like they could use a little work, as there were some stains and scrapes.

the staff was helpful and friendly, they all spoke english.
the standard room i had was quite small and felt a bit cramped. the bathroom had a big window facing the bed area which let light into the room, that was unpleasant. there were also no bedside tables.
