inadequate lighting underwhelming bathroom
The breakfast was quite good. It included both japanese and western choices.
I found the room lighting inadequate, feel quite dark. the bathroom resembled something temporarily installed. It was underwhelming and not what i expected.

lovely hotel, great location!
spacious room in-room washing machine convenient location easy luggage
the beautiful double room four cube was very spacious. it easily accommodated all our luggage. the room had a washing machine and that really helped. the location is near the bus station and not far from the metro station.
The air conditioning was a little too strong. We adjusted it. but i couldn't figure it out completely.

Really good Stay in Roppongi
room design washing machine convenient location
The 'Luxury Double Room Tatami Area REN' was spacious and well-designed. It featured a blend of modern aesthetics and classic Japanese elements. The in-room washing machine proved very convenient, especially because I had an extended trip planned. The hotel's proximity to the bus station simplified getting around, and the slightly longer walk to the Roppongi Hills metro station was manageable.
The walls seemed like they could use a little work, as there were some stains and scrapes.

The room included a minibar with daily refills. I found this to be a lovely perk. A washing machine was available inside the room, very useful for longer stays and the wifi was reliable.

The hotel is a short walk from the nearest bus station. This made local transport very accessible. The Roppongi Hills metro station is also nearby, providing access to explore the broader area and enjoy the bustling city.

The staff spoke English. This helped make communication smooth and efficient. They were also kind enough to store my luggage when I arrived a bit early. The hotel staff was professional and responsive to my needs.

small room inconvenient bathroom
the staff was helpful and friendly, they all spoke english.
the standard room i had was quite small and felt a bit cramped. the bathroom had a big window facing the bed area which let light into the room, that was unpleasant. there were also no bedside tables.
