friendly staff room comfort convenient location
The staff was very friendly. The rooms offer great comfort. I found the location really convenient (close to everything i wanted to visit).
The minibar prices seemed a little high.

central location honor bar friendly conversations
I loved the central location , made exploring so simple. the honor bar library became our favorite late-night spot. We could have conversations with friends after all the nearby bars closed. it was great. it seemed like we were hosting in our own home, a really nice touch.
the room would have benefited from having tea and coffee making facilities.

Our room had kit kemp decorations. the room was spacious. housekeeping staff were readily available when needed. They ensured we had everything. the evening turndown service was a welcome touch, these days!

excellent location stylish decor modern equipment
The location IS excellent. Everything is nearby. the decor used throughout the hotel is very stylish. the gym includes modern technogym equipment, which I liked.

The staff were helpful. The room was spacious and quiet.
I walked in and sat down, then I got asked to move by a waitress after five minutes. She said the table was booked. She came back with a waiter to get us to move again. The waiter put tap water on our table. We hadn't ordered it.

the room had luxurious linens and ample storage. the bathroom felt special with fragrant toiletries provided, i loved it.
a waitress asked me to move after i sat down, apparently the table was booked.
