great location helpful staff delicious breakfast clean room
The location was excellent, so close to many attractions! breakfast was delicious with lots of options. all the staff were super friendly and helpful. the room was very super clean and cozy. It had everything i needed.
the bathroom setup was a little unusual.

friendly staff clean room comfortable bed
The staff was genuinely friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I found the room was fully equipped and had plenty of space for my belongings.
The room was slightly smaller than expected, yet still adequate for a comfortable stay.

reliable stay NEAR THE UNDERGROUND
quick check-in comfortable bed extra pillow good shower
check-in was quite quick and simple. the room featured a good size, I FOUND. the bed was comfortable, and an extra pillow was available. the shower offered a good water flow and temperature. I left my bags after checkout for later sightseeing.
the bathrooms seem like flimsy portable toilet style cupboards WITHOUT noise insulation. the sink showed a permanent stain in the basin. the sink drain had a bad smell. the reception area felt DINGY upon arrival.

the breakfast buffet included many options, REFILLED regularly. the staff kept the buffet well-stocked even during busy times. having both a bar and restaurant on-site was USEFUL.

The location is convenient, with bus, train, and subway nearby. You CAN even walk to Piccadilly. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the staff was always helpful, and available WHEN needed.

poor communication unrefreshed bathroom
The breakfast buffet had a really extensive selection, useful.
The check-in process was not smooth. The staff didn't communicate clearly, and I waited around unsure of what was happening. the bathroom could have been cleaner. It seemed like it had not been properly refreshed.
