this hotel is just excellent. front desk associates are very helpful and accommodating to my requests. rooms are gorgeous, very big, and clean. i found it pretty close to many tourist spots. i'm now planning another stay very soon. this will be my main hotel forever!

The room included a large shower enclosure and a big bath. I found both to be very comfortable. the mattresses and pillows were also comfortable. the hotel staff was friendly and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble. the location was central, so getting around was simple.

the room i received had a disappointing view i expected a better vista given the hotel's reputation the room also felt smaller than it looked in the photographs on the website i found that rather misleading finally the water temperature in the shower fluctuated making it difficult to maintain a comfortable setting

the absence of a dedicated concierge service created some inconveniences i had to manage my luggage arrangements independently the room service menu also lacked variety limited options for specific dietary needs made it challenging to find suitable meals. i found the in room entertainment system to be outdated the interface was not user friendly navigating the options was difficult and time consuming. the coffee provided was subpar and the selection of teas were quite limited
