the room offered ample storage space, a feature i found very useful . i also appreciated the inclusion of complimentary snacks and water, a small touch , made a big difference (especially after a long day).
i found the temperature control in the room challenging. despite adjusting the thermostat, the room remained quite warm, even with the radiators seemingly turned off. i also noted some wear and tear, specifically holes in the provided dressing gowns, needing some attention.

this hotel is just excellent. front desk associates are very helpful and accommodating to my requests. rooms are gorgeous, very big, and clean. i found it pretty close to many tourist spots. i'm now planning another stay very soon. this will be my main hotel forever!
my only one issue would be that my room had a small view. it did not really bother me much since i was out the entire time. but it will be nice to have a gorgeous view the next time.

this location has a gym that includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines, so you don't miss exercise. the business center provides computers with high-speed internet and printing services that were useful. the hotel also provides fast complimentary wifi access.

the superior king room features a king-sized bed with luxurious linens plus comfy pillows. a large tv with many cable channels allowed me to relax after work. a mini-fridge and coffee maker are available for my needs.

The room included a large shower enclosure and a big bath. I found both to be very comfortable. the mattresses and pillows were also comfortable. the hotel staff was friendly and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble. the location was central, so getting around was simple.

disappointing view misleading photograph
the staff were helpful and supportive of the runners during the marathon i attended.
the room i received had a disappointing view i expected a better vista given the hotel's reputation the room also felt smaller than it was in the photographs on the website i found that rather misleading finally the water temperature in the shower fluctuated making it difficult to maintain a comfortable setting

i appreciated the friendly staff during check-in. the courtyard offered a quiet retreat for a drink under the sun. i also received a room upgrade upon arrival which was unexpected.
i noticed the room lacked sufficient sitting space and had limited possibilities which was inconvenient

concierge absence limited teas
the absence of a dedicated concierge service created some inconveniences i had to manage my luggage arrangements independently the room service menu also lacked variety limited options for specific dietary needs made it challenging to find suitable meals. i found the in room entertainment system to be outdated the interface was not user friendly navigating the options was difficult and time consuming. the coffee provided was subpar and the selection of teas were quite limited
