The location was convenient. I found access to the city center very easy. The staff were helpful and always available. The room I stayed in had a sofa and a coffee table. I also liked the generous supply of toiletries.
I noticed some areas needed a bit more attention, specifically the bathroom glasses could have been cleaner.

The shower pressure WASN'T good, and i really wanted a nice, strong shower. ALSO, the seafood marinara lacked flavour. I expect MORE from a hotel restaurant. the room service options we limited, too. i EXPECT more selection WHEN i am paying that price.

i found the room very nice and neat i appreciated the attention to detail. the sheets felt high quality and the bed was well-made. i extend my thanks to the staff for their hard work.
the doors to the cafe are not easily accessible for wheelchair users which is inconvenient.
