mixed feelings about this stay.

weak teainattentive staff
The afternoon tea was a letdown. I ordered earl grey, but it was weak, like they forgot the tea. plus, the staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to guests. it took ages just to get someone's attention to complain! the cakes were fine. However the tea was terrible and the staff was inattentive.

the location was excellent for my plans in the city. the outdoor dining area was a nice addition.
the staff seemed disorganized. ordering tea, i found it weak and disappointing. getting someone's attention to address this took a considerable amount of time. it did not meet expectations.
