spacious room really good breakfast amazing decor
the room was spacious it was a superior room the hotel breakfast was really good the staff were friendly. the location was great i walked almost everywhere . the hotel decor is amazing the service is also amazing.

mixed feelings about this stay.
weak tea inattentive staff
The afternoon tea was a letdown. I ordered earl grey, but it was weak, like they forgot the tea. plus, the staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to guests. it took ages just to get someone's attention to complain! the cakes were fine. However the tea was terrible and the staff was inattentive.

the location was excellent for my plans in the city. the outdoor dining area was a nice addition.
the staff seemed disorganized. ordering tea, i found it weak and disappointing. getting someone's attention to address this took a considerable amount of time. it did not meet expectations.

the hotel is very nice in a lively area. staff members are friendly and offer great service. the hotel bar is lively and frequently visited by locals. my meal was excellent because the chef was accommodating to requests.
