inconvenient telephone non-working air conditioning
the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in.
I found some issues with the room. The air conditioning did not seem to work properly and the room was quite warm. also, there was no telephone in the room, made contacting reception inconvenient. i ended up using my mobile, a bit of a hassle really.

convenient location friendly staff large bathroom
The location provided great access to transport options. Local shops nearby also made it easy. The staff members were friendly and helpful. This fulfilled basic needs. The bathroom was large, convenient. the hotel provides filtered water.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear street noise clearly.

fantastic stay near tower bridge
healthy choices convenient location excellent breakfast quiet room
Keepers restaurant offered delicious healthy choices for dinner. the location was super convenient near tower hill metro station. i enjoyed the excellent breakfast selection offered each morning of my stay. the room was quiet. I really slept well!
The quilt cover had a bobbly texture. It felt a little rough.

The fitness room includes modern equipment. I saw treadmills. stationary bikes and free weights. the hotel offers a nice restaurant with a varied menu. i noticed several convenient vending machines on the ground floor.

the hotel is just a short walk from the tower. the tower hill underground station is very close. i loved how many restaurants were nearby, so many options. the proximity to the thames river provided scenic views.

my room included a modern bathroom. it featured a rainfall shower head. the room included air conditioning! also, an ironing board and an iron were in the closet. a hairdryer was provided in the bathroom.

water station breakfast selection helpful staff
The hotel offered a complimentary water station on each floor. I found it convenient for refilling my reusable water bottles. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection that was always fresh. Staff members were consistently helpful.
The absence of body lotion as a standard amenity was a slight inconvenience. It would have been useful to have this available in the room.

convenient transportation good variety bad smell privacy glass
The location is very convenient for transportation. Tower Hill station is just around the corner. Breakfast had a good variety of choices with standard continental offerings. We left our luggage in the storage facilities behind reception before check-in. This was very helpful.
The air conditioning unit emitted a bad smell when in use. It did not work properly, so the room was too hot at night. The privacy glass feature in the bathroom did not work, disappointing.
