the staff was friendly and helpful!! the underground and train stations near the hotel made it easy to get around. the sofa bed was also a great thing to have, it accommodated my kids comfortably!! the location was perfect for exploring.
the system in the room didn't cool properly , that was disappointing. i did not get the temperature i wanted in the room. also, the mattress felt too firm, i prefer something softer.

i attended an event in the sheldon suite, a great meeting space. the room benefited from ample natural light. the buffet lunch was amazing!!! all my colleagues enjoyed it, the restaurant staff was very friendly and well organized. the tech facilities included huge screens, refreshments were served just outside the room, near an outdoor terrace.
the pool's opening hours were a bit short. it closed at 8pm, a fact i found surprising for a four-star hotel.

the hotel had a great location very close to paddington station. this made it easy to travel around. the renovated lobby and restaurant area seemed nice (it gave a good first impression).
i found that the leisure facilities closed quite early at 8pm. this seems a bit short for a four-star hotel. i also requested a comb as there wasn't one in the room (i forgot to bring mine). it didn't arrive before i checked out.

the location was convenient. i could easily access paddington station. storing my luggage at the hotel while i explored the city was a great help, and the staff handled it efficiently. little venice, just next door, offered a colorful and charming escape.
