Great Location and Quiet Room
convenient location direct connection quiet room useful isolation
The location is very convenient, being only a short walk from Gloucester Road station. I found the direct Piccadilly line connection to Heathrow Airport useful. My room was surprisingly quiet, tucked away between floors with no adjacent rooms. This isolation was a definite plus.
I noticed the sink in my room was a bit small, making it somewhat challenging to wash my face without splashing water.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast room is beautiful and bright, a great way to start the day. I found a reasonable selection of breakfast items, and the staff was quick to refill anything that ran low, very helpful.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provided essential amenities that met my needs. I appreciated the efficient daily room cleaning service. The temperature control in the room worked well.

faulty air conditioning stale pastries
This hotel advertises air conditioning, it do not work properly. my room was stuffy and uncomfortable during the night. i asked reception to fix it, but they was unable to. the limited breakfast options was also a let down. The pastries tasted stale and the coffee was weak. i expect more from a hotel costing this much.
