The location is very convenient, being only a short walk from Gloucester Road station. I found the direct Piccadilly line connection to Heathrow Airport useful. My room was surprisingly quiet, tucked away between floors with no adjacent rooms. This isolation was a definite plus.
I noticed the sink in my room was a bit small, making it somewhat challenging to wash my face without splashing water.

faulty air conditioningstale pastries
This hotel advertises air conditioning, it do not work properly. my room was stuffy and uncomfortable during the night. i asked reception to fix it, but they was unable to. the limited breakfast options was also a let down. The pastries tasted stale and the coffee was weak. i expect more from a hotel costing this much.
