poor service late order
The staff was helpful. The hotel is near many malls, and generally, the stay was comfortable.
I ordered noodles for breakfast and followed up three times. The breakfast ended before I received my order. I was told the noodles were finished, though the table beside us got two orders. This service was so disappointing!

plastic bottles strange policy
the mineral water policy really bothered me. only four tiny plastic bottles were complimentary. if i wanted more, i had to pay. the hotel should offer refillable glass bottles with filtered water instead.

excellent stay near centralworld
prime location easy access convenient train station
i liked its prime location near centralworld mall. access to shopping and dining felt convenient. the train station was also nearby, it made city travel easy.
the hotel has a water policy i found strange. they provide only four small plastic water bottles in the room and they charge for more.

the urban suite included an atrium with live plants. it provided spacious his and her basins and closet space. there were some signs of wear on the couches i saw.

the location provides convenient access to shopping areas and the train station. the hotel is on a quiet road, somehow it places you in the heart of everything. this is quite amazing really.
