fantastic location and service
friendly staff helpful staff excellent location
I found the front desk staff, mai and johnny, friendly and helpful. they definitely. the hotel is close to the bts station and terminal 21. i even found a laundry shop around the corner with the receptionist's advice. They delivered my clothes the next day.
the room had old furniture. i noticed some spots on the mattress. the laundry room didn't seem super clean.

I enjoyed the coffee shop. It had good varieties of food to choose from. breakfast was also good, with great selections available to start the day right and fuel my adventures.

this hotel boasts an excellent location within walking distance of shops and nightlife spots. it's quite near the metro station, super convenient. a money changer across the street offered good exchange rates.

i stayed in a two-bedroom suite. the suite included a nearly full kitchen with an oven and a microwave. a washing machine was also in the suite, which i found helpful. the location was very convenient (close to transport and shopping).
i noticed slightly preferential treatment given to guests from more developed countries. this could be addressed to provide a more consistent experience. i think all guests should receive the same high level of service.

The room was very big, beyond my expectations. I found a washing machine and a kitchen completed with cutlery and a microwave. The bathroom was also big. It included a bathtub and a toilet separated from the shower room.
I did notice the hotel forgot to provide body lotion.

thai dishes friendly staff great location
I liked the washing machine with a drying function. It was convenient. breakfast had a simple, delicious buffet with different thai dishes like congee and noodle. the staff was friendly, and the location was great for massage and shopping, also terminal 21 is close.
The air conditioning was old and made a lot of noise. cleaning depended on who cleaned. Sometimes, things weren't moved to clean underneath. it wasn't ideal with small children crawling around.

convenient location spacious room
the location is very convenient. asok bts station is a short walk away (about 8 minutes). the studio grand beautiful room was spacious. thick glass windows made it quiet (i appreciated that).
