The rooftop swimming POOL was generously sized and offered picturesque views.
I was deeply disappointed by the staff's lack of hospitality. The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly. During checkout, the porter did not offer help with our luggage. The receptionist and porter stopped our taxi, insisting they needed to check the system. This rude behavior left a lasting, terrible IMPRESSION.

I found the breakfast options limited. There wasn't much variety offered from day to day. I also noticed the air conditioning unit in my room was rather noisy.. It made it a little difficult to fall asleep initially.

the beautiful suite was quite spacious, and i found the bed to be very comfortable. the kitchenette was well-equipped , meeting all my needs . the hotel provides a convenient melex service to the metro station , a great benefit. i also appreciated the availability of bicycles for exploring the area.
i observed the breakfast hours were not very convenient for my schedule , limiting my ability to fully enjoy the morning offerings.

i liked that the hotel had a free shuttle tuk-tuk to the main street near the bts. the pool was nice and the location was close to restaurants and entertainment areas. the breakfast buffet had warm dishes and it was decent.
the shower was difficult to regulate and the room didn't smell great, with a lot of moisture.

the location is fantastic with the main entrance on soi 2. there is a rear entrance onto soi 4 for fun access. some great parks are also accessible.
