canalside charm and great service
canalside location quiet room comfortable beds responsive staff
the location next to the canal was superb, providing easy access to the city center. my room was quiet with beds that ensured restful nights. i found the hot shower excellent (just what i needed after a day of exploring). the responsive staff addressed all requests efficiently.
the ev charger was unfortunately out of service , so i could not charge my car overnight.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and a la carte choices were available. fresh juices and high-quality coffee were available each morning (i always appreciate a good cup of coffee). the dining area was clean, spacious, and well kept.

the room was spacious and clean, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. the bed was very comfortable, providing ample space to relax after sightseeing. there was also sufficient wardrobe space for luggage and clothing, a nice benefit.

the staff was helpful and very friendly, providing useful restaurant recommendations. they responded quickly to any inquiries i had . i received a welcome gift, a thoughtful gesture i appreciated.

the hotel provided complimentary water in the lounge, always available . the hotel also has a pool to cool off. wifi was consistently fast and reliable throughout the building, important for my work.

decent stay but some issues
weak a c street traffic
the minibar was not restocked daily. it had limited options. the air conditioning was quite weak in the room, even after i adjusted the settings. this made sleeping a bit uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day! the noise from nearby street traffic was noticeable at times. i expected better soundproofing.

canal location comfy bed breakfast choice
i appreciated the location near the canals. the beds and pillows felt super comfy. the breakfast offered many choices and attentive staff ensured a smooth experience during meals.
i found it difficult to get a taxi since the hotel is in a car-free zone, so the wait times were long.

I booked a Standard Double Room for my stay. The room included a television with many channels. The staff provided helpful and friendly service, they assisted with directions. I walked to many shops from the hotel, about ten minutes, this helped me explore the area.
The elevator had a slight delay sometimes.
