Excellent Amenities and Location

decent location, issues detract from experience
broken phonedead coffee machine
the room phone did not work so i could not contact reception easily. the coffee machine was also dead. these issues were reported but not fixed . i was disappointed that the room did not function fully despite the price i paid.

The hotel has a great location near Borough Market. The area is a true bonus. I found transportation very convenient because it is close to main spots. The front office team was polite and professional. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were furnished nicely with comfortable beds.
