The room layout felt spacious. the air conditioning worked efficiently, a definite plus. the hotel allowed us to store luggage securely both before check-in and after check-out. This service was really helpful.
the toilet location, being separate from the shower, required a small detour to wash hands, it was slightly inconvenient.

The staff offered excellent service. Yenti and Narwen were particularly helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and stylish, with a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the coffee and tea machine in the room.
The hotel's entrance required using a guest card. It made accessing the hotel slightly inconvenient.

Okay Stay, Some Issues Noted
slow check-ininadequate lighting
The check-in process was slow. It took a while to get my room and then there were some billing issues. Later, I found the room lighting inadequate, even with all lights on it felt dim. I also heard noises from nearby rooms too easily which disrupted my sleep. It was all disappointing.

the location was great.
the breakfast was not good. there was a limited selection. the staff did not seem very attentive to replenishing items, i found the pastries were stale. the coffee machine was often out of order, i had to ask multiple times for assistance.
