excellent stay!
perfect location really good service
the location was perfect. the cleanliness was amazing and i valued that. the team offered really good service, which made my birthday nice.
the breakfast was the same every day. there was no choice of pastries or breads. the croissants seemed not fresh.

the hotel sits near key attractions and is easily accessible. freedom square bus stop is accessible straight from the reisisadam harbour. the hotel is near the old town edge and it's quieter than other hotels close to bars.

the location was central. i found the room very clean. the staff provided complimentary water bottles upon arrival. this simple touch was appreciated after my travels.
i noticed slight wear on some furniture in the room.

the location was very convenient. the staff was friendly and professional. the breakfast had many choices. it was a simple breakfast, but it tasted good.
The tv had limited channels. It only had one english channel.

convenient location cleanliness standard restaurant menu helpful staff
I found the location convenient. the cleanliness was great, and the staff were always eager to assist. i especially liked the restaurant menu. It was perfect for our tastes. also the staff were helpful, it was a pleasure interacting with them.
the only minor issue was that there was no coffee in the room, only tea, unless you opt for a room upgrade.

The beds were firm yet comfortable, which i really appreciated after a long day exploring. i especially liked that we could open the window for fresh air. This is not often possible.

The breakfast selection was very good. There was a nice variety of options. i was kinda surprised to find a fixed-price lunch option. It proved to be excellent and convenient for a quick meal.

The staff at the front desk were helpful. the bed were firm but comfortable. breakfast included a good selection. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.
there were few stairs, i had to carry luggage.
