The location worked well for access to local venues. The room was modern and bright. The staff were friendly upon arrival.

The room was quite small and I found it disappointingly dirty with dusty surfaces. There was no room service. I had to collect toilet rolls from a room near reception.

The breakfast included numerous choices and options. The staff offered superb customer service throughout my stay. The health and fitness center was easily accessible, EVERYTHING was perfectly kept.

The in-room air conditioning system did not seem to efficiently cool the room. I could not open the windows for ventilation. This made the room uncomfortable during the night.

the staff was friendly. i was impressed with the breakfast allergen options. there was a separate toaster in the kitchen for my gluten-free needs, and , made a big difference. i also found the mini fridge very convenient.

The gym was a bit outdated. the changing rooms weren't very clean. the jacuzzi was closed for my entire stay. I was a bit disappointed by that. the air conditioning was also quite loud and made the air very dry.

the room was spacious. the breakfast was excellent, i especially liked the variety of options available. the location was good for my needs.

The lift service was slow. There was often a wait. the air conditioning in my room did not seem to cool the room effectively. It was quite warm. i found i had to pay extra for parking.
