superb locationcold bathroom
The location was indeed superb.
It definitely tested my patience. My room's window did not close properly. The road noise was a constant bother at night. The bathroom felt quite cold. It was not particularly inviting.

The location IS fantastic. It's close to transportation, SO convenient. The staff at the hotel WERE helpful and friendly. The room was clean, I had plenty of hot water. Breakfast had many choices. I REALLY enjoyed the fresh taste.

My superior twin room WAS spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, AND I had plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was well kept. The shower had great water pressure.

Breakfast had a wide variety of options, AND everything tasted fresh. I appreciated the healthy choices available. The dining area was clean and well-organized. IT was a pleasant experience each morning.

One staff member was helpful. The location was also five minutes from Alexanderplatz. A 24/7 grocery shop was two minutes from the hotel.
The heating in the room wasn't enough during the winter.

the location WAS excellent, close to public transport.
the cleaning service are terrible. they did not see my "do not disturb" sign. they knocked every morning and opened my door without ANY notification. i could not sleep well. i wake up every day because of it.

I found the location very convenient, just a short walk to Alexanderplatz! My single room was super clean and had a great bathroom. The hotel staff were cute and spoke English, very helpful. I could even choose how often I wanted my room cleaned!
