Acceptable Location, Noticeable Issues

slow lift cold bathroom

The location was indeed superb.

The lift was slow. It definitely tested my patience. My room's window did not close properly. The road noise was a constant bother at night. The bathroom felt quite cold. It was not particularly inviting.

EXCELLENT Stay NEAR Alexanderplatz!

convenient transportation friendly staff clean room breakfast choice

The location IS fantastic. It's close to transportation, SO convenient. The staff at the hotel WERE helpful and friendly. The room was clean, I had plenty of hot water. Breakfast had many choices. I REALLY enjoyed the fresh taste.

The heating was noisy. My room was quiet, so I noticed the noise. It didn't keep me awake, but it WAS noticeable.

One staff member was helpful. The location was also five minutes from Alexanderplatz. A 24/7 grocery shop was two minutes from the hotel.

okay stay, but some issues

terrible service door opening

the location WAS excellent, close to public transport.

the cleaning service are terrible. they did not see my "do not disturb" sign. they knocked every morning and opened my door without ANY notification. i could not sleep well. i wake up every day because of it.

convenient location super clean room cute staff cleaning frequency

I found the location very convenient, just a short walk to Alexanderplatz! My single room was super clean and had a great bathroom. The hotel staff were cute and spoke English, very helpful. I could even choose how often I wanted my room cleaned!

The heating was a little noisy because my room was very quiet.
