helpful staff luggage storage
i checked in early at 11 am this was convenient the staff was helpful throughout my stay i found luggage storage available which was useful because i had a late flight later that day
the hotel charged for bottled water in the rooms this was unexpected

Really good Location and Service!
great location helpful staff comfortable bed
I loved the hotel's proximity to key attractions, it made exploring the city so easy! The staff were really nice, they even received a delivery for me and kept it safe. Our room was super clean, I especially liked the large, comfortable bed with quality bedding and luxurious towels.
The air conditioning default setting was uncomfortably high, making the room a bit too warm upon arrival.

The hotel provided secured parking, a crucial amenity in a busy area, it made arrival and departure smooth. There was a museum in the basement, though access for residents came with a discount and not complimentary access.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Service!

The location is PERFECT! I found it close to the central station. The cleaning service was really good and kept everything super clean. The breakfast hostess was especially friendly. Her warm greetings set such a positive tone for my day!
The room design didn't completely block outside noise, but it wasn't a major issue for me.

The hotel is close to a metro station. It provides easy access to many points of interest. I was happy with how easy it was to explore the area from this location. This added greatly to my trip's convenience.

excellent central location
warm welcome quick check-in comfortable bed youtube option
i found the welcome genuinely warm, even from the security. check-in was quick. any problems i had were sorted straight away. the bed was very comfortable. i liked having the option to connect to youtube on the tv.
I would mention that the walls seemed a little thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms but it didn't bother me too much!

my beautiful double room had quality sheets and interesting wall art. the bathroom provided l'occitane toiletries including hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. fluffy bathrobes and slippers were also available for use.

the location was excellent, close to many main attractions. our superior double or twin room had plenty of space. the bathroom included nice amenities.
there was a very slight cigarette smoke odor in the hallway at times.

excellent location breakfast options sidewalk seating fresh items
I found the location excellent. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions. The free breakfast offered a lot of options, and I sat in their sidewalk seating. I especially appreciated the large selection of fresh items.
The air conditioning temperature seemed high at first. the front desk offered solutions immediately.
