i checked in early at 11 am this was convenient the staff was helpful throughout my stay i found luggage storage available which was useful because i had a late flight later that day

I loved the hotel's proximity to key attractions, it made exploring the city so easy! The staff were great, they even received a delivery for me and kept it safe. Our room was super clean, I especially liked the large, comfortable bed with quality bedding and luxurious towels.
The air conditioning default setting was uncomfortably high, making the room a bit too warm upon arrival.

The location is PERFECT! I found it close to the central station. The cleaning service was really good and kept everything super clean. The breakfast hostess was especially friendly. Her warm greetings set such a positive tone for my day!
The room design didn't completely block outside noise, but it wasn't a major issue for me.

i found the welcome genuinely warm, even from the security. check-in was quick. any problems i had were sorted straight away. the bed was very comfortable. i liked having the option to connect to youtube on the tv.
I would mention that the walls seemed a little thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms but it didn't bother me too much!

I found the location excellent. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions. The free breakfast offered a lot of options, and I sat in their sidewalk seating. I especially appreciated the large selection of fresh items.
