fantastic stay with family focus

superb amenitiesquick responseclean pools

the room suited our family well, with young children. amenities were superb (i especially liked the toothbrush). the staff responded quickly to requests. i noticed the pools were very clean and quite large, a real hit with the kids. i saw a gym but did not try it myself.

the location is a bit far from some main attractions in sentosa. it is not a major issue. you can use the bus, but it takes time.

the breakfast offered a wide range of options. each item tasted delicious. i also noticed a variety of cuisines (indian, chinese, european).

the pool had a water slide that was very popular. the hotel offers activities throughout the day, this includes yoga classes. free popcorn and ice cream are offered. these are family-friendly features.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness, addressing my needs promptly. upon requesting an ice pack, the first-aid manager brought it personally. this showed care. i really appreciated it.
