excellent hotel experience

The hotel had a cute atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms are spacious and clean, they provided all necessary facilities, including a comfy bathroom. the food at breakfast and dinner was varied. We especially enjoyed the seafood and egyptian theme nights.
The pool area got very noisy. This was not relaxing. the sunbeds were reserved very early. i would have liked better spacing around the pool.

the hotel provides easy access to all amenities and fronts the beach. there were sufficient loungers always available at both the beach and pool. daily entertainment programs occurred, as well as varied buffet options at the palms and waves restaurants.

The hotel is close to the beach. the boulevard is accessible by golf buggy. You can drive to downtown sahl hasheesh. some nice bars and restaurants are in the area. the location allows for nice views.

the beautiful room i stayed in was spacious and well-kept. it included all necessary facilities and a comfy bathroom. the rooms are cleaned regularly by diligent staff. upgrading to a sea view room is worthwhile.

Breakfast and dinner were great, with many options. daily themes varied the main restaurant's offerings. I enjoyed seafood and egyptian nights. there were also indian, mexican and italian restaurants to choose from, although i did not visit them. dessert was lovely.

the location was acceptable with various activities available.
upon arrival, the absence of a hotel map created navigation challenges. locating specific amenities proved difficult due to this oversight. i also noticed several broken sunbeds remained scattered on the beach. these damaged items detracted from the overall appearance.

the room was spacious and very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially at the restaurant!). i also enjoyed the variety of food options. I found something new and delicious every day.
the wifi was a little spotty in some areas of the hotel, making it difficult to stay connected at times.
