The resort location was good. The room had what I needed, it was clean, room service was responsive, and the front desk personnel helped me.
The hotel owner made strange rules. They stopped my visitors from entering. The bus that should pick me up also could not enter. I paid for the experience and felt those rules changed it.

Really good Service and Beautiful Grounds

The service was fantastic. The staff were always helpful. The buffet food included a good selection of dishes, especially the curry at Sunset Court. Hambdy in Block 3 kept our room clean and tidy. His service was really good. Bar staff at the Relax Pool and Arena Bar ensured we stayed hydrated. Their service was excellent.
The gym equipment is somewhat dated. Some machines showed signs of wear.

The grounds are beautiful. The hotel includes lush gardens. There are three pools available. Including an infinity pool and two adults-only pools. All are very clean. Waiter service is available. Sunbeds are cleaned daily, and substantial shades are provided.

The rooms are large and classy. The rooms include air conditioning. This works excellently. My room was spacious and well-serviced by dedicated staff. Ac was excellent!!!

All the staff were very helpful and attentive. They constantly ensured we were happy. The General Manager. Executive chef. Managers. And waiters all provided excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff handled everything with a smile.

There is a great selection of food. The hotel offers three specialty restaurants. The Asian buffet reminded me of a specialty restaurant. Breakfast overlooking the beach provides a superb setting. There is a good selection everybody will find something they like.

The hotel has its own private beach which is excellent for snorkeling and diving. This offers an abundance of fish. The reef is very well conserved and is very ample. The dives themselves were fine. The marine life is rich, the water is clear.

the staff greeted us warmly and check-in was fast. we were escorted to our room and our luggage was delivered promptly. a full mini bar and food awaited us in the room. the room itself was quite spacious. there are many good pool spaces. the beach has a fine reef.
