The location was really convenient.
The service was quite disappointing. Our shower had sand already when we arrived, and the Wi-Fi was nearly unusable. Staff seemed uninterested. It was a constant struggle to get any assistance or even a polite response, and that affected the whole stay.

the hotel features multiple restaurants with diverse cuisines. i dined at the italian restaurantwith a comprehensive menu. i liked the cleanliness of the rooms , the room was tidied daily by the housekeeping staff. the hotel gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i noted the well-kept landscaping throughout the grounds.

i appreciated the variety of restaurants. i particularly enjoyed the fish restaurant (i visited it most lunchtimes!). the prawns were great.
the food quality was disappointing. the breakfast buffet had a lot of food, but much of it was like the same offerings daily. the cheese tasted stale and the cold meat did not taste fresh.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options. shenouda was cheerful and greeted us with a smile. He was one of the best waiters i ever encountered. the omelette chef made tasty omelettes and remembered my order each morning. It was a personal touch.
The shower was full of sand when i arrived in my room. I had not used it yet. the wi-fi signal in the room was very weak. most of the staff was not friendly.
