My room faced the street and the noise levels were pretty high. the windows seemed unable to keep ANY sound out, ESPECIALLY late at night. also, the tv remote didn't work. I asked for assistance, but nothing happened, so i had to watch netflix on my phone instead.

The location is super. I found the staff at reception to be really nice. The room was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
