Excellent Stay
helpful staff fresh towels modern room comfy bed
The staff helped me find local pubs to watch football before my arrival I also appreciated fresh towels and iced water with lemon at the spa. Breakfast was magnificent and it was the best I have had at a hotel in a long time. The beautiful double room was modern and very clean I also found the bed very comfy.
The bar was not open I hoped for some food and drinks upon my late arrival. The website indicated in-room dining I found this puzzling with no food available.

The room was spacious it included a mini-fridge and coffee maker for convenience. The bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for a comfortable experience. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and clean.

charming stay!
prime location bright room friendly staff
The location was prime. I stepped right into the heart of everything (it made exploring effortless!). my room was bright, airy, and meticulously clean. i found every staff member i interacted with to be genuinely friendly and eager to assist. the breakfast buffet offered numerous options. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit selection.
during my stay, the bed felt a bit lumpy, affecting my sleep quality. perhaps a newer mattress would enhance the comfort significantly. i hope the hotel addresses this issue .

the rooms had some dead flies. there was one alive spider. the room was not cleaned recently.

the room was huge including a well-appointed bathroom with nice toiletries. i also enjoyed a great breakfast with a wide choice of items. the girl at the front desk was friendly and very knowledgeable.
