Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had an odd Asian feel, meeting our expectations, although still a bit pricey considering the current situation with people hesitant to travel. The room was quite small with only one available.
The hotel was average with some noise issues at night, and there was a misunderstanding about breakfast not being available upon arrival. The rooms were mostly clean but with some dust in certain areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms felt small and dark, lacking a microwave which was inconvenient. However, the underground location was unique and interesting. The service was friendly but seemed to disappear early in the evening. The location was great for visiting Echo Point and the Three Sisters, offering easy access to both downtown Katoomba and key attractions. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited breakfast options and a need for more variety. Despite some downsides, the hotel had a unique charm and was conveniently located for exploring Katoomba.
